Description

If you are doing the tyre change for the first time then give yourself a day or two and try this before mounting the new tyre. BUILT TO LAST - We know these tools are going off-roading with you on tough terrain, we build them tough to match. I don't how hard it was for any of the youtubers that did this conversion to get any appropriate valve stems but, here, in my part of the world, those 8mm all steel valve stems are just not all that easy to get.

The dirt bike tire mounting tool includes the handle, pushrod, bracket, 20mm, 15mm, 17mm axle shafts and a 25mm sleeve. Pete I agree with you, the head on the pusher arm is crude and requires careful placement not to scratch the rim.First up, I grabbed a five gallon bucket and performed a tire instillation using the bucket as my stand.

The different size shafts screw into the bottom of the tool and use a set screw to hold them in place, while the 25mm sleeve goes over the standard 20mm shaft (Used for some KTM models). But you need to have the space in your bag for both the tire irons and the Baja No Pinch disassembled. Soooo, I went to a local motorcycle/Razor/side x side repair and parts facility here in Lake Havasu and they didn't have any but, can get one to me by tomorrow by about 10:00 in the morning. It doesn’t matter if you prefer Trail Bikes, Motocross Bikes, Enduro Bikes, Dual Sport Bikes, Supermoto Bikes, Hillclimbers or Flat Tracks… if you are a do-it-yourself motocross enthusiast who wants to change your tires quickly, easily and without pinching your tubes, then look no further.

We manufacture our tools with the highest quality aircraft materials to ensure that our tools will be a lifetime investment when used properly. Usually when I mount a tire with tire irons, I can hold one iron on the opposite side of the tire that I'm mounting. Note: the 17mm sleeve is perfectly designed to screw in and replace the 20mm shaft that comes with the Baja Tool and the 25mm sleeve is meant to fit over the original 20mm shaft. The actual part number is a 90-426 and, based on where you are in the world, they're kind-a tough to get.

Another part of the adjustability is the push rod that is used to install the tire, which can be set up to use on a 16-21 inch rim.Of course, all of this led to one thing: Lindsay loves working on his bikes almost as much as he loves talking about them. QUICK AND EASY - Designed to simplify the tire installation process, the Baja No Pinch tire tool ensures quick and easy tire changes for all riders. Im sure theres a thread I read recently about this stating this was a copy of the Kaurit Moto Tyre Tool and not as strong. and Baja No Pinch Tool are dedicated to bringing you the tools and accessories for your Baja motocross and dirt bike-lifestyle.

True, but the old tyre is a lot easier to get off than a new tyre is to get on, new sidewalls are stiffer than old ones that have been squashed flat a few million times. The Tool is constructed to be both light weight and strong and can easily be carried in your travel pack.
